With constructions, reverse engineering, 3D-digitalization or 2D-derivation we help you to make your visions become a successful reality. Regardless whether you want to create a new solution or replace, improve and renew an existing one.
We support you in all matters concerning development, digitalization and construction. We show you ways of using composite materials and help you to achieve your desired product with our full expertise. Whether for a prototype or component for mass production: We do not only provide a concept but also have the tools necessary to produce the actual hardware. Within a closed 3D-chain from CAD to CAM.
With both tactile and optical measuring equipment we offer you the possibility to digitalize entire objects (from power units, boat and airbrakes to perfume bottles) as well as component assemblies and components. Our range of services naturally also includes both the reverse engineering and creation of milling programmes.
Maybe you wish to produce a comparison between the construction status and the CAD model? We offer random sample checks or permanent monitoring either on your own premises or at our company. This includes a deviation analysis and test report. Turnkey “all-round care package”. Find out the exact differences and spread between your work piece and the CAD model. In this way you avoid waste and costs and ensure the compliance with technical requirements.
Manufacturing - high performance
PMC GmbH processes high-quality matrix structures in epoxy resin in combination with glass and carbon fibres. Thanks to the improved properties of these materials compared to conventional building materials, PMC GmbH achieves considerably greater strength compared to polyester composites. These material advantages allow us to design lighter-weight components and thus provide advantages in terms of weight for our customers. These translate into lower operating costs and reduced CO² emissions.
Flexible production techniques in our company allow CNC-accurate results in composite fibre technology. In this process we focus on our core competences and systematically outsource any services which do not belong to our core competences. This allows us to gear our production freely and cost-efficiently to your needs.
Our extensive network of selected suppliers provides materials and components on time, within budget and with the required quality. We pay attention to absolute reliability and quality. We carry out an inspection at regular intervals of our suppliers, their components and the suggested technical solutions. Are you planning to mass produce a project, do you need a system integrator or would you like to have your spare parts produced in a limited series? As a system integrator, we can do a lot more for you: integration of sub-component assemblies, production of single component assembles and full installation including technical and QS inspection, rounded off by the timely delivery to the place of destination.
Customer Service - fast help for you
We offer our customers a high level of availability and quality. Whether you require on-the-spot repairs or a fast delivery of spare parts, we offer you quick, uncomplicated solutions. The following examples show how you can also reach maximum operational readiness:
Example 1: Spare part replacement.
The right choice for regular or predictable requirements of spare parts.
PMC has taken on the production of spare parts as a part of a manufacturing /
service contract. A pre-defined number of spare parts is kept in our warehouse
as a minimum inventory/emergency stock. If you have a need for space parts, a
three-step process takes place:
1.) Your send us your order by email/fax.
2.) We confirm and dispatch on the next working day
3.) PMC GmbH
automatically replenishes the minimum inventory in the customer centre.
Option: Upon request you can send us your defective part and we determine the degree of
damage. Your defective part is either repaired by us and added to the minimum
inventory or disposed of properly. Naturally, service can also be provided at
weekends and on national holidays.
Example 2: On-the-spot repair
Solve bottleneck situations with the PMC on-the-spot repair service. Also
in this case, the process is as simple as 1-2-3:
1.) If repairs are required, our team will come to your premises by
arrangement.
2.) We disassemble the defective component and mount the spare part
immediately.
3.) PMC GmbH automatically replenishes the minimum inventory in the customer
centre.
Option: An assessment of the defective component naturally includes details
about the type and cause of the defect. We thus include feedback loops directly
into your production and supply chain. If possible, we take the defective
component back for repair immediately. Service at weekends and on national
holidays is also possible.
Example 3: Rep Shop on your own premises.
The solution for extended requirements in assembly lines, factories or
repair shops. On condition that appropriate general conditions are met, PMC
installs and operates a rep-shop with all the necessary devices, machines and
staff etc. directly at the repair location. This can be on your own company
premises or, in the case of limited space, in direct proximity.
A clear distribution of tasks allows a high level of efficiency.
We assess the need and scope of customer support required together with you.
Following this analysis, we define the type and size of the on-site rep-shop. Also
in this process we place the utmost importance on a tailor-made solution.
You take care of the mass production; we take care of

PMC GmbH - your partner
Whether 3D-surveying, digitalization, reverse engineering, model and mould construction, special constructions in GRP, train-cladding parts for public transport, mass-production or prototype constructions in GRP or CFRP – we will find the most suitable solution for your project.
Example 1: Parts supply in exchange
The correct choice for regular or predictable spare requirements. The PMC has taken over the production of spare parts in a manufacturing / service contract. A previously defined number of parts is on stock as a minimum holding / emergency reserve in our warehouse. If you need a replacement the following three steps will take place:
1) You order by mail / fax.
2) We confirm your order and dispatch it the next working day.
3) The PMC GmbH automatically fills the minimum holding in the Customer Center.
Option:
Upon request, you send us your damaged part and we note the degree of destruction. Your damaged part will be repared and added to your minimum holding or disposed of properly. Of course a weekend or holiday service is available, too.
Example 2: On-site repair
The PMC-On-site-service solves bottlenecks. Again, the process is easy as 1 - 2 - 3:
1) In case of repairation, our team will come to your place as agreed upon.
2) We remove the damage part and install the new replacement part.
3) The PMC GmbH automatically fills the minimum holding in the Customer Center.
Option:
A review of the defective component provides information about the nature and origin of the defect. So we give you a feedback for your production and supply chain. If possible, we take along the damage part for reparation. Holiday and weekend service is also available.
Example 3: Rep-Shop at your place
We offer you solutions for advanced needs in factories or repair factories.
The
PMC installs and operates a
Rep-Shop directly with all the necessary tools, machinery and
personnel directly at the scene. This can be done on your
premises or within spitting distance.
A clear division of responsibilities allows maximum efficiency. Together, we identify the need and extent of the required customer support. Following this analysis, we define the type and size of the OnSite Rep-shop.
